I work with men and women who present an ‘I’ve got it together’ persona on the outside, yet on the inside they are overwhelmed, stuck or struggling and it’s disrupting their daily lives.

When our nervous system is dysregulated it can trigger (or exacerbate) depression, anxiety, illness, addiction, pain and chronic pain, known and unknown inner wounds, emotional outbursts, self sabotage …
Using a mix of talk therapy and a somatic embodiment approach I help my clients to get in touch with their body’s cues and sensations. When we work with the whole body we can find the root cause of the presenting symptoms to start healing from within so they feel whole and empowered to live life on their terms.
I am passionate in helping my clients in understanding the mind-body connection and how it impacts their lives at home and in the workplace.
We can all have more flow, fun and ease in our lives and business.
