We are EXCITED to announce our upcoming ‘Super September Seminar Series‘.
Join us for a transformative month as we present five specialised workshops designed to help you level up your training, recovery, and mindset, enhancing both your physical and mental health. This year, we have three incredibly knowledgeable and experienced presenters who will provide you with the insights and tools you need to reach your goals and achieve success.
Meet our Presenters:
Dr. Simone Boer – A returning favourite from our 2023 series! Simone, with her Doctorate in Neuroscience and extensive experience in cognitive behavior, will introduce new seminar components, including breathwork and imagery, to help you unlock your potential and achieve your aspirations.
Dr. Allyson Brown – With a PhD in Analytical Research and personal triumph over Multiple Sclerosis through the healing power of food, Allyson will share invaluable insights on using nutrition as medicine to improve your overall well-being.
Coach David Tran-Cong – With over 15 years of experience in the Strength and Conditioning field, Dave, who also co-owns and operates LHFC, will guide you through exercises to enhance strength, mobility, and longevity.

- Saturday, September 14th – 1pm: “Exercises you NEED TO DO for life” with Coach Dave Tran-Cong
- Saturday, September 21st – 11am: “Eating for Peak Performance” with Dr. Allyson Brown
- Sunday, September 22nd – 11am: “Common Mistakes in Exercise” with Coach Dave Tran-Cong
- Saturday, September 28th – 11am: “Expanding Your Possibilities” with Dr. Simone Boer
