Introduction to the Inner Development Goals

Within a series of monthly online events run by the ANZ Pod of the Climate Coaching Alliance, on Tuesday 18 April, we are sharing introductory information about the Inner Development Goals (IDGs).

The IDGs are a framework with 5 Dimensions (Being, Thinking, Relating, Collaborating, and Acting), each with 4 or 5 associated skills. Adding to that there is an evolving toolkit, currently with 29 coaching/facilitation tools.

We will discuss how they relate to the UN Sustainability Development Goals (SDGs) and how they may be relevant to you and your world.

Although the IDGs are developed with the SDGs in mind, they include factors, skills, and tools that are relevant everywhere.
