1️⃣ Stand Up and Stretch: Take regular breaks to stand up, stretch your muscles, and improve blood circulation. Set a reminder or use tools like Pomodoro technique to encourage short activity breaks every hour.

2️⃣ Walk and Talk: Whenever possible, opt for walking meetings or phone calls. Get up from your desk and take a stroll while discussing ideas. Not only will it get you moving, but it can also boost creativity and productivity.

3️⃣ Deskercises: Incorporate desk exercises into your routine to keep your body active. Simple stretches, chair squats, or leg raises can be done discreetly and help prevent muscle stiffness.

4️⃣ Take the Scenic Route: Instead of using the closest bathroom or pantry, choose a more distant one. This way, you’ll add extra steps to your day and break the monotony of sitting.

5️⃣ Sit on an Exercise Ball or Active Seat: Consider swapping your regular office chair for an exercise ball or active seat, which engages your core muscles and promotes better posture.

6️⃣ Stand-Up Desk: If feasible, invest in a standing desk or a sit-stand workstation. Alternating between sitting and standing throughout the day can significantly reduce sedentary behaviour.
