That’s why I’m LOVING this Paleo Trailmix Bar recipe from my good friend @jackiebowker 💖
The kids get so excited when I make these and my husband enjoys taking a few to work too – so it’s a WIN WIN! 🎉
Here’s what you need:
1 cup each sunflower seeds and shredded coconut
1/2 cup each pepitas, sesame seeds, linseeds
2 Tbsp tahini
2 serves vanilla collagen
1 egg
2 serves chocolate collagen or cocoa
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla ground and 2 tbsp choc chips
Stevia to taste
Topping
1 block 95% dark choc
Stevia to taste
~Method~
Hand mix all dry ingredients.
Add egg and tahini and mix.
Spread into a pan.
Melt choc and add stevia to taste.
Spread over the top and pop in the fridge to set.
