Sometimes we get so tired from the workday that all we want to do when we get home is mind-numbing activities in an attempt to give ourselves a break…like binge-watch the latest shows on Netflix and fall asleep.
But that just becomes an endless cycle that leaves us feeling burnt out and unfulfilled.
I used to be exactly the same, until I started making a few changes in my after-work routine.

👉 Schedule a fun activity into your workweek
👉 Pamper yourself by taking a bath filled with gorgeous essential oils
👉 Read a book
👉 Start a new hobby (or revisit an old one)
