We will delve into what the Inner Development Goals are and how they can assist us; whether for SDG related work or anything else.
Alan Taylor and Cherry Ward will co-facilitate the session, where we will explore how the IDG framework can be used when supporting leaders adapting their leadership practices.
We will share information and insights, and then workshop the challenges being faced and ways to use the IDGs constructively in overcoming those challenges.
